TRAINING
An initial visit will identify your performance gap and detect any development opportunities. Further investigations will look deeper to ascertain what options and recommendations would suit your business and your teams. Following an agreement, dates, timings and measurements of success will be offered to suit your budget and priorities.
COACHING
During a free 30 mins consultation you can decided on your preference for either group or one on one coaching. One on one coaching can be completed over a period of 4 weeks, or 3 months depending on your need. All coaching groups will run as 2 hour sessions planned in monthly for a period of 3 months.
